"SalesWin" refers to the software service operated by Zeus Global, a business name registered in Ireland under the Registration of Business Names Act 1963 (CRO no. 739401). When you accept these terms, your contracting counterparty is Zeus Global. Contact: legal@saleswin.io.
You may use SalesWin under the plan you've subscribed to, for the team and seats listed on your account. Don't reverse-engineer the platform, abuse the API, or use it to build a competing product.
You own the data you connect. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. Termination of your account triggers deletion of your data per our retention policy (see /dpa).
We aim for high availability but don't promise zero downtime. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance.
SalesWin's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. Forecast intelligence is decision-support, not financial advice. You remain responsible for revenue commitments.
Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
