Our DPA covers GDPR Article 28 obligations between SalesWin (processor) and your organization (controller). Download the signed version once it's published, or request a counter-signed copy via email.
For the purposes of this DPA, the "processor" is Zeus Global, a business name registered in Ireland under the Registration of Business Names Act 1963 (CRO no. 739401), trading as SalesWin. The "controller" is your organisation (the SalesWin customer). Zeus Global processes personal data only on the controller's documented instructions and in accordance with this DPA and the underlying Terms of Service.
